I found Dan through a real estate listing site, and I am glad we ended up staying with him as our buying agent. He was very professional, well-prepared whenever we wanted to tour a property, and most importantly, very empathetic and patient through the process. He was super responsive, and super prompt in scheduling viewings whenever we expressed an interest in seeing the property. He did several exhaustive searches, always within the parameters of what we wanted, and worked with us and the lender to come up with very competitive offers. On our first accepted offer, we weren’t 100% happy with the inspection, and Dan was very supportive. He immediately returned to work looking for other properties that matched our parameters. He answered all the questions we had about sellers’ disclosures and helped us eventually close on a house at a price we were comfortable with. Even though we didn’t have a million-dollar budget (far, far lower) I felt like he cared about our best interests, and I would absolutely work with him again.

Dan is the best. I started my house hunting journey in March. I didn’t know if I wanted to do a rental property or own. He helped me every step of the way. He helped me find lenders and we looked at numerous houses and he was very patient with me. I finally found my home in November and I love it.
